Samsung Starter Ken Kadokura Placed on Waivers

Officially. Kadokura owns a 5-6 record with a 4.07 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in 86 1/3 innings of work. Kadokura had spent the previous two years in Incheon with teh SK Wyverns. It wouldn't be a huge shock to see a team in need of an innings eater make a claim. Stay tuned...

Doug Clark? Waived. CJ Nitkowski? Signed

CJ Nitkowski is back for his second tour in Korea. The Nexen Heroes announced that out fielder Doug Clark would get the "plane ticket of shame," while Nitkowski will get the "plane ticket of honor."

CJ has been rehabbing a shoulder injury since he hurt himself in the playoffs last year. I can only imagine the blog entry we'll be getting about this...

Doug Clark posted a .265/.343/.427 slash line and lead the team in homers(12) and runs scored(58). He also drove in 50 and stole 12 bases.
