Images of a Tussle

I've studied basebrawls for years. The following is my expert account of what actually went on Tuesday night in Busan....

The elbow that started it all. Note, the lack of attempt for a slide. This was a "purpose" elbow.

Then, the teammates realize what happen and rush to their catcher's defense. "Who are you, Karim Garcia?"

And here comes the cavalry! Catcher Kim Tae-gyun was in no shape to continue after getting barrelled into by Lee Dae-ho and Karim Garcia in the same evening. At least his teammates were there to help him up.

Karim Garcia must be a good teammate. This poor guy is holding back the pitcher and the first baseman here. If the other guys hated him, they wouldn't bother.

Big highlight here. There is always one coach or bench player that gets a little too worked up and needs to be restrained by 15 guys. I guess this LG coach had a rough morning or something.

After much deliberation, order was restored and the LG Twins could get to the business of how many pitches they had to throw to Garcia before drilling him. You know, to make it look unintentional. They settled on two.
