Former Hanhwa Eagle/Fukuoka Softbank Hawk Lee Beom-ho has returned to the KBO only one year after inking a deal in the NPB.
Lee had 160 homers and 526 RBI during his 10-year KBO career, but played last year in Fukuoka. Lee struggled in Japan, hitting only .226 over 139 plate appearances with four homers and eight RBIs.
Lee will return to KIA Tigers and likely play third base again.
