Hanhwa's Offense Might Be Terrible, buuuuuuut....

The Eagles have signed a pair of foreign starters to give Ryu Hyeon-jin some help in the rotation.
Jose Capellan and Julio DePaula, welcome to the KBO!

Capellan was a former top prospect for the Braves, but has fallen on hard times since being traded for reliever Danny Kolb in 2004. The 6'3" righty was battered to the tune of a 7.07 ERA and 1.83 WHIP in 98+ innings. He should fight right in with Hanhwa's team concept.

Julio DePaula actually had a competent season for the Tampa Bay Rays' AAA affiliate. He spent most of the season in the bullpen but posted a 3.87 ERA and 1.54 WHIP in 79 innings.
